RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to make a return. The product you wish to return must be new, unused, with all original tags attached, and its packaging intact.

Download and complete the returns form ( HERE ), then send it to us at orders@reiletstories.com, including the original in the returns package.

Returned goods should be shipped immediately after notification of the return, and within 14 days. Please ensure that the clothing is well packaged and secured to avoid damage during transport. Use verified and trusted carriers, as we are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during transport. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.

Remember, you return the parcel at your own expense.

Returns are processed within 2-5 business days of receiving the return package. Funds are refunded to the customer's account number provided on the returns form within 14 days. Detailed information regarding returns is provided in the terms and conditions.

We also ask you not to return goods as a letter via Poczta Polska.**

COMPLAINTS

If you wish to file a complaint, please first contact us by email at orders@reiletstories.com. Please provide your order number, describe the defect, and send photos.

Next, complete the complaint form, which will include the order number, name and surname of the ordering party, and a detailed description of the defect/damage. You can download the form HERE .

Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receiving the package. Decisions are sent to the email address provided in the form. Complaints are not accepted for damage resulting from improper use of the goods.
